Welcome to Venopk.shop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery page and Exchange Policy.

1. About us

Venopk.shop is an online store selling practical everyday products to customers in Pakistan. Our store is hosted on Shopify. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Venopk.shop, and "you" refers to anyone who visits our store or places an order.

2. Using our store

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order, including your full name, phone number and delivery address.
You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to place fake or fraudulent orders, or to interfere with the website or its security.
We may refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to anyone who breaks these Terms.

3. Products and pricing

We try to show product images, descriptions and specifications as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any order placed for that product and will let you know.

4. Orders and confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Payment: Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without a valid reason may lead us to decline future COD orders.

6. Shipping and delivery

A flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies to every order and is shown before you place your order.
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days of confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Remote areas, weather and courier delays can add extra time.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or a refused parcel, re-delivery may require an additional charge.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue, and keep the item and its original packaging until the exchange is complete.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for items misused or damaged after delivery.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Venopk.shop or its suppliers and may not be copied, reused or distributed without our written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

Our store may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, courier companies and order-form apps. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Venopk.shop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
